Booking Your Ski Dubai Tickets

Book Online

Buy your Ski Dubai tickets online before you go. Weekends, evenings and school holidays fill up first, and lessons and penguin encounters have limited places.

What's Included

Passes include an outfit and equipment rental. You'll be given a jacket, trousers, gloves, socks and boots on site.

Arrive Early

Allow time to change and collect your gear before your session starts. For lessons, check in at the Ski School 40 minutes before your start time.

Ski Dubai: Location

Ski Dubai is on the ground floor of Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha, just off Sheikh Zayed Road. Being inside the mall makes it easy to pair your visit with shopping or a meal, and the metro station connects straight to the building.

Ski Dubai - Visitor Guidelines

Clothing: It's roughly -2°C on the slope and -4°C in the Snow Park. Wear warm, smart-casual layers under the outfit you're given.

Age and Skill Levels: Children aged 2 to 15 need an adult with a valid ticket. The slope is for people who can already ski or ride, and lessons cater to every level from first-timer upwards.

Ski Dubai: Opening Hours

Ski Dubai opens at 10:00 AM Monday to Friday and at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

It closes at 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday and at midnight Friday to Sunday.

Lessons and penguin encounters run at set times within these hours, so choose your slot when you book.

Outfit and equipment rental is included with passes. If you book your gear online more than 24 hours ahead, you can collect it from the online counter next to the Snow Pro shop. Lockers are available too.

Beyond the slope, there's the Snow Park with its rides, the penguin area and the Ski School.
